Hi Everyone

After an initiative led by Sir Paul McCartney, Sunrise is challenging viewers to see if they could drop a meat meal each week to create 'Meat-Free Mondays'.

It may be worthwhile for a number of us to comment positively on the advantages of adopting meat-free meals into the diet so that the program sees the worth and interest in this cause.
